Nichols has recently formed our own Indigenous Relations advisory group which consists of a broad range of employees from across our operational centres and with a variety of ethnic backgrounds and experiences. The advisory group was established to provide every team member in our organization the opportunity to gain further insight into the history of Indigenous relations in Canada, with a deeper focus on the communities we do business in. We firmly believe that knowledge is power, and it is incumbent on us to share this knowledge as an act of reconciliation with the Indigenous Peoples in Canada. With reverence, we share our Reconciliation Pledge.
